Troy has been my personal trainer since late January of this year. Under his guidance I have lost over 30 pounds and many inches. I have strengthened my core and have become more physically fit and toned. I would not have been able to achieve so much within the past 8 months on my own. Troy works with you on a personal level to establish and achieve goals. He provides advice, knowledge and support in the areas of diet and exercise in a non-intimidating manner. He is always willing to discuss ways that you can become a more healthier you and introduced me to the bodybugg which is a system for logging and tracking your calories.
