I trained with Trainer Troy twice a week for three months in 2004. Troy's sessions are difficult full body workouts which include weight training, balance work and cardio. He was conscientious that I perform each exercise correctly and introduced me to a new workout at each training session which made my workouts continually challenging . I greatly appreciated that our training time was just that, "Training Time", and not used for socializing. In addition, Troy is vastly knowledgeable about healthily eating habits and drilled those facts into me at each training session. If you want an experienced, knowledgeable, get serious, work your butt off personal trainer, then Trainer Troy is the guy. Teresa Spencer
