Yogi Troy teaches Yoga based in Hatha (healing yoga) or Yoga Nidra (stress reduction yoga). Doing Yoga with Yogi Troy will aid in healing injury or disease, reshape your body and gain strength, flexibility and balance. It also helps transform stress into harmony and further your Mind Body Journey.
After assessment, he develops personalized yoga routines to fit his clients needs incorporating:
- self-awareness
- redirecting energy
- guided imagry techniques
- meditation
Yoga with Troy has been an invaluable experience! I have learned so much about how my body functions and how my mind/body connection interacts. Introducing yoga to my routine has changed my life both mentally and physically. I started with Troy when I was two months pregnant. I’m now nine months pregnant and feel collected and prepared for labor. He is great at prenatal yoga! Not only am I in touch with my body but I’ve learned many techniques to quite my mind and find a peaceful place to reside within myself. Troy is excellent at guided yoga. He has a calm and soothing voice and a warm and comfortable demeanor. He is so knowledgeable about the benefits of yoga, fitness and health. Each time we meet, he shares a piece of information that pertains to my situation. I’m able to take it with me and refer to it later. Even for type-A personalities, like myself, Troy has been able to help me redirect my anxious energy into a calm, focused state-of-mind. It’s empowering.
