He is certified through the Yoga Alliance as a 500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher holds many certifications in physical fitness and was a personal trainer for a decade. With 12 yoga certifications and trainings, teaching yoga since 2004 and meditating since 1994 Troy infuses his teachings with anatomical alignment and safety. In 2011 he created the Safe Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training and leads private one on one and small group trainings in meditation and yoga. He speaks and teaches and is a leader of yoga retreats internationally.
