The Body According to Yoga
This is an introduction and key to understanding three ‘esoteric’ yogic approaches to the
body systems and the anatomy of the central nervous system. These understandings
combined show the reason yoga is such an effective tool for managing life and the
effect stress has on our bodies systems.
