My unique blend of yoga and mindfulness uses a theme to contemplate during physical postures held three to six breaths, a breathing technique and a yoga principle to meditate upon.  Each class will include postures and a short meditation.  All levels welcome.

 We will meet online for a class of one or as many students you want to invite.  Scheduled according to your availablity.  Book with me at

My Story

I have blended my trainings as a personal trainer, meditation and yoga nidra instructor, Tai Chi and Hatha Yoga into a unique experience on the mat.  

I have been leading others to health and wellbeing since 2004.  It is my mission to safely lead others towards a healthy lifestyle and I am honored that you would let me share with you in these classes what I have learned.  

500 Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher holds many certifications in physical fitness and was a personal trainer for a decade. With 12 yoga certifications and trainings, teaching yoga since 2004 and meditating since 1994 Troy infuses his teachings with anatomical alignment and safety. In 2011 he created the  Safe Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training and leads private one on one and small group trainings in meditation and yoga. Troy has helped thousands of students in yoga and meditation. He is available for speaking engagements and

He was the founder of ‘Sun Salute Yoga Studio’ winner of Best Yoga Studio of Dana Point four years, 

Safe Yoga School Yoga Teacher Training’.  Shanti Troy is certified by Yogi Amrit Desai, 

Core Power Yoga, Yoga Fit, AFAA. He has been teaching yoga for  since 2002 and has studied meditation since 1994 starting with local Orlando teacher Diane Ross.   He is a published article contributor and author of 'The Why of Yoga' Amazon and Kindle.

He speaks and teaches and is a leader of yoga retreats internationally. 

His Total Engagement Concept™ system is a natural optimization of all systems of our being technique. It combines the deeper understandings of Yoga philosophy with Personal Training techniques and Yogic 

postures, martial arts concepts and movements, mental understanding of Yoga Nidra therapy 

unblocking the mind, and a detailed approach to structural alignment. 

Troy’s skill at utilizing the posture as a total engagement of our being, and his ability of relating 

the connection between our physical, mental and inner bodies, leads students to a deeper state of being through techniques he learned that have been handed down from masters from India and Asia.
